As he advanced into competitive levels in his twenties, his tall and lean build made him injury-prone. That challenge led him to explore yoga and Pilates, which completely transformed his performance. He became faster, more agile, and far more resilient. Inspired by these results, Ali began studying movement in depth and helping others experience the same transformation. In his late twenties, Ali turned to strength training to push his performance even further. The combination of strength, mobility, and functional movement elevated his fitness to a new level-with fewer injuries and a stronger, more capable body. Certified in Personal Training and Nutrition through ISSA, Ali takes a comprehensive approach to coaching.He specializes in hybrid training that blends strength, mobility, cardio, and functional movement. He works closely with clients recovering from injuries or surgeries, and helps others build muscle, lose fat, and move pain-free, To Ali, the gym is a tool to build a body that moves better-not just looks better.
