In this Upper Body Tone Class, your trainer will solely focus on chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. You will learn different exercises to isolate each of these muscle groups. You will tone, increase strength and feel great after this workout! Maybe even a little shaky the next day. 
 
Dumbbells, Bands, barbells and body weight exercises will be incorporated
